Manifesto

Wewritefivepointsbeforethecontract.

Before we start working with a client, we put in writing which principles we will hold ourselves to.

  1. 01

We deliver code running in production.

A plan document, a slide deck or a prototype does not count as a deliverable. At the end of every sprint there is code running in production; if there isn't, the reason is written down and the schedule is reset.

  2. 02

    You work directly with engineers.

No project manager, account manager or sales engineer sits between you and your project; you talk directly to the engineers doing the work, and the person making the decision is the person writing the code.

  3. 03

You see every hour we spend.

Our Linear and GitHub boards are open to you from day one. We go through the sprint plan, the progress and the risks together in a 30-minute weekly review, and no surprise line item ever shows up on the invoice.

  4. 04

    The whole product becomes yours.

Every line of code we write, along with the infrastructure documentation and decision records, belongs to you from day one. You can take it over or hand it to another team whenever you want; you are never locked in to us.

  5. 05

We tell you when we're not the right fit.

If we think you are not the right decision for us, we say so in the first conversation. We don't say yes just to win the work.

We put what we will do in writing before we start.
