Manifesto
Five rules. Before the contract.
Before we start working with our clients, we put in writing the principles we stand by.
01
Shipped code.
A plan doc, a slide or a mockup is not a deliverable. Every sprint ends with code running in production. If it doesn't, we write down why and reset the calendar.
02
No middlemen. Engineers, direct.
No project managers, account managers or sales engineers in between. You work directly with the engineers doing the work; the person who makes the decision writes the code.
03
Real-time transparency.
Linear and GitHub are always shared. We walk through the sprint plan, progress and risks in a weekly 30-minute review. No surprise invoices.
04
Ownership is yours.
Every line of code, every infra doc, every decision doc we write belongs to you. Take it over or hand it to another team at any moment. No lock-in.
05
If we're not the right team, we say so.
If we don't believe we're the right team for you, we say it on the first call. We don't say 'yes' just to win the project.
We don't have a fancy claim. We have a written commitment.
