From visa automation to a tourism marketplace, from an AI-powered mobile app to fintech infrastructure, we share every project through its problem, solution and outcome. Some stay unnamed because they are under NDA.

VisaGate

Problem

VFS appointment slots for visa applications from Türkiye filled within hours, and applicants kept missing the slots that opened because they were tracking them by hand.

Solution

We built a SaaS platform that watches VFS slots around the clock and sends an instant notification the moment one opens; the system is made up of four services covering the landing site, member panel, admin panel and backend.

Outcome

Slot alerts in seconds · Smart slot tracking · 4-service architecture

Marketplace · Tourism

Hajum.net

Problem

Travel agencies were managing hotel and tour-package listings across scattered channels, and the publishing and moderation process had slipped out of control.

Solution

We built an end-to-end travel listings marketplace running on an agency panel, credit-based publishing and an admin approval flow.

Outcome

Full listing lifecycle · Credit-based publishing · Admin moderation

Ten Message AI

Problem

An AI-powered messaging experience needed a scalable mobile API that could carry profile, verification and notification infrastructure.

Solution

We built a production API running on profiles, verified-badge checks, Google and Apple sign-in, an AI token system and Firebase push notifications; the system is live today.

Outcome

Live · Google/Apple sign-in · Firebase push

We rewrote the order matching engine

Problem

Order latency on the existing platform ran above 800ms, and because deploys only happened once a week the product was losing competitive ground.

Solution

We wrote a new Go-based order engine, set up event sourcing with Kafka, and brought deploy frequency down to hourly through a GitOps pipeline.

Outcome

Order latency: 42ms · Deploy frequency: 22×
