Catches a visa slot the second it opens

We built a SaaS platform that watches VFS appointment pages around the clock and alerts the right user the moment a slot opens.

Problem
Slots were gone within hours.
VFS appointment slots for Schengen and other visa applications made from Türkiye filled within hours of opening, and applicants checking the page by hand missed most of them. Slots that opened overnight were missed entirely.
What we did
We watch the appointment pages around the clock.
We built a platform made of a marketing site, a member panel, an admin panel and a backend service. Monitoring rules are set per user, and membership and payment run through Stripe.
Outcome
The alert goes out the second a slot opens.
The four components run separately and every alert sent stays on record in the panel, so who was told what, and when, can be read back later.
