What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and message.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: your name, email address, phone number and your answers about your project (type of work, start time, budget range).
• Technical logs: the server running our site briefly records your IP address and browser details for security and error tracking.

Why we process it

To get back to you, talk about your project and prepare a quote. This processing is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK article 5/2-c). Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (5/2-f).

We do not add your data to marketing lists, sell it, or use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the above possible, and only as much as each needs: our hosting provider (Hetzner), the email service that delivers contact form messages (Resend), our email account (Google Workspace) and, for lead forms, Meta Platforms. These providers may store data outside Türkiye.

How long we keep it

Until your request is resolved, and no longer than two years. If we start working together, contract and invoice records are kept for the legally required periods. Technical logs are deleted within a few days.

Cookies

Our site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. A session cookie is set only for team members who sign in to our admin panel.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for corrections or deletion, learn who it was shared with, and object to processing. Write to merhaba@nimvola.com and we will reply within 30 days.
