DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
We set up GitOps-managed infrastructure and switch on cost-aware scaling.

CI/CD pipelines
When code is merged, the tests run and the release goes live on its own; no manual deploy steps remain.
Cloud infrastructure
We define every resource on AWS or Google Cloud as code with Terraform.
Kubernetes and containers
We containerise your apps and move them onto a setup that scales up by itself under load.
Cost and monitoring
We break your cloud bill down service by service and switch off what isn't used.
How does it go?
- Day 1
Review
We review your servers, deploy steps and bill, and list what to automate.
- Days 2–3
Infrastructure code
Environments are defined in Terraform; test and production mirror each other.
- Days 4–5
Pipeline
Your first service goes live through the automated pipeline; rolling back is a single command.
- After that
Migration and monitoring
The remaining services join the pipeline one by one; alerts and cost dashboards switch on.
What you get
- Infrastructure code in Terraform
- A working CI/CD pipeline and deploy guide
- Matching test and production environments
- Alert, log and cost dashboards
- Incident and rollback runbook
Tools we use
- Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) · Helm · ArgoCD
- Multi-account infrastructure with Terraform
- GitHub Actions · GitLab CI · Buildkite pipelines
- Cost monitoring and autoscaling policies
Common questions.

No question left unanswered.

Can you migrate our servers without downtime?
Yes. We build the new environment next to the old one and shift traffic gradually; going back is a single step if anything goes wrong.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. For a few services, simpler managed services cost less; we decide together based on your load.
What happens if something breaks at night?
Alerts go straight to the engineer responsible. We agree on the support scope and response time in the contract.
